My name is Wendy Gordon. I am 32 years old and live in Elijay, Ga. I am a full-time infant caregiver at Mountain Academy for Kids. I have been employed at Mountain Academy for a total of 7 years and I love my job. My 7-year-old daughter, Allie is amazing and my reason for everything that I do. We love spending time with our family outdoors. We enjoy hiking, fishing, kayaking and camping. We love cool weather and caramel lattes.

I have been a full-time student at Southern Crescent Technical College for 3 years. I began in 2018 working to earn my Child Development Specialist credentials in Early Childhood Care and Education. After earning my CDS, I chose to change my major to Business Management in hopes of gaining a career in Human Resources for the Gilmer County School System. I will graduate in December 2021.
